We stand behind every single bag we ship. If your coffee doesn't hit right, we're going to make it right. That's not fine print — that's a promise from real people who actually give a damn about your morning.
30-DAY STORE CREDIT GUARANTEE
If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue you store credit to try a different flavor or product.
With 12+ flavors and 6 bundle packs to choose from — from Mammaw's Butterscotch Candy to Cold Brew Chaos — we're confident there's a bag in here you'll love. Sometimes the first pick just isn't the one, and that's okay.
HOW IT WORKS
- Reach out. Email us or use the Contact Us page. Tell us what you ordered and what didn't work for you.
- We respond. A real human (not a bot, not a form letter) will get back to you within 24 hours.
- You get credit. We'll issue store credit to your account so you can try something different — no hassle, no back-and-forth.
That's it. Three steps. No runaround.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
No return shipping required. Coffee is a consumable product — we'd never ask you to ship back an opened bag. That doesn't make sense and we're not going to pretend it does.
Store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to your original payment method. All returns and complaints are resolved through store credit that can be used on any product in our store, including bundles and new seasonal drops.
Store credit does not expire. Use it whenever you're ready. No rush, no countdown timer, no pressure.
30-day window. Just make sure you reach out within 30 days of your delivery date. After that, we can't guarantee we can help — but reach out anyway. We're reasonable people.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- Orders older than 30 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping delays or carrier issues — once the package leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's territory. But if your order is lost or damaged in transit, reach out immediately and we'll sort it out with a replacement or store credit.
- "I changed my mind" before the order ships — if you need to cancel, email us ASAP. If we haven't shipped it yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once it ships, the store credit policy applies.
- Bulk or wholesale orders — contact us directly for bulk order policies.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or we sent you the wrong product — that's on us, 100%. Reach out with a photo of what you received and we'll ship the correct order immediately at no cost, plus throw in store credit for the trouble.
