Brazilian Cerrado Dark Roast
Grown in the Brazilian cerrado, where the sun shows no mercy and neither do we. Roasted dark, to order, by people who were awake before they should have been.
Expect dark chocolate, toasted hazelnut, and a smoky, caramelized finish. Low acidity, heavy body, no pretense. It's smooth enough to drink black and bold enough to survive milk, sugar, or whatever you're doing to cope.
Tasting notes: Dark chocolate · Roasted nuts · Burnt caramel · Smoke
Body: Heavy
Acidity: Low
Roast: Dark
Best for: Drip, French press, espresso, and questionable decisions before 6 a.m.

GOT QUESTIONS?
Stuff people actually ask us.
Why does decaf cost more?
Decaf requires extra processing before roasting, so the same coffee costs more before it ever hits the roaster.
How fresh is this coffee?
Every bag is roasted fresh and shipped quickly so it reaches you with real flavor still in the bag.
What grind should I choose?
Choose whole bean if you grind at home, medium for most drip machines, coarse for French press, and fine for espresso.
Can I subscribe and cancel anytime?
Yes. You can skip, pause, or cancel without a phone call or a guilt trip.
What if I do not like it?
Reach out and the team will make it right with a replacement or refund.
