Our decaf goes through the Swiss Water® Process — a chemical-free method that uses pure water to gently remove 99.9% of the caffeine while keeping all the flavor intact. No chemicals, no solvents, just clean water and time. It costs more to produce, which is why there's a small $2.95 upcharge. Worth it if you want great-tasting decaf without the compromise.

How fresh is this coffee?

Every bag is roasted within 48 hours of your order and shipped directly to you. No warehouse shelves, no sitting around for months. The beans are literally younger than most of your leftovers.

What grind should I choose?

Depends on how you brew. Whole bean if you grind at home (freshest option). Medium for drip machines and pour-over. Coarse for French press. Fine for espresso. Not sure? Medium works for most people.
